 Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
A favourite growing up, these yummy combinations of cocoa, oatmeal, coconut, milk, sugar and butter are just what you need when fast, sweet, and irresistible are just what you need.

Instructions
  1. boil together, butter, cocoa, and sugar. Bring to a good rolling boil, until the liquid coats the back of a spoon.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal and coconut
  3. Use a small spoon or ice crean scoop to place 2 inch blobs on wax paper. Let cool.
